Vibrant red smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 200 g cherries without pits
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 yellow melon
  • one lemon
  • 3 tsp honey 

Instructions:
1. Wash the cherries, take off their pits and put them in blender (I use a Bosh one;).    Add the bananas the yellow melon, both peeled and cut into pieces. Squeeze the lemon’s juice and add it in the chopper together with the 3 teaspoons of honey.

2. Put the smoothie into the fridge for 20 minutes to serve it “fresh”.

Smooth appétit!
